Job Description

• Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs

• Ensure effective communication between the Product management team and our core internal partners in Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Life Operations, Marketing and Distribution

• Provides regular communication and updates on progress ensure visibility and action on the key risks and issues

• Collaborate with the Product managers and other stakeholders to manage timeline and track implementation progress for the entire product development cycle, from pre-launch to post-launch

• Ensure completion of product launch signoffs, record management of all relevant documents and post-launch review under Product Management

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience demonstrating solid understanding of the higher education domain as well as Oracle-PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementation and support experience.
• Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CBAP) preferred.
