Responsibilities:
As a Stage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stage-related operations to ensure smooth and successful live performances. You will work closely with performers, directors, technical teams, and management to manage rehearsals, stage setup, schedules, and on-site execution of shows.
Job Description:
*Coordinate and manage all stage activities during rehearsals and live performances.
*Ensure performances run according to schedule and cue performers and technical teams as required.
*Liaise with performers, music directors, technicians, and crew to ensure clear communication.
*Organize and oversee stage setup, props, instruments, and equipment before and after shows.
*Supervise rehearsals and ensure performers are prepared and in the correct positions on stage.
*Monitor performances and address any stage-related issues promptly.
*Communicate feedback and instructions from directors to performers and crew.
*Ensure safety and order on stage at all times.
Requirements:
*Organized and Detail-Oriented - able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate performances efficiently.
*Strong Communication Skills - able to communicate clearly with performers, crew members, and management.
*Knowledgeable in Performing Arts - understands stage performance flow, timing, and technical coordination.
*Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced live performance environment.
*Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
*Team player with strong leadership and coordination abilities.
*Must be willing to work during weekends, public holidays, and commit to night shifts.
