To supports the Contracts manager in managing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects. This role is central to ensuring full contractual compliance, safeguarding the company's commercial interests, and driving effective claims management, variation control, and contract administration. Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage sales processes end-to-end — from proposal development to project handover — while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key KPI:
The Sales Executive is responsible for closing sales and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop proposals, quotations, and budgets
• Handle submission of proposals (including government portals such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, etc.)
• Follow up actively on sales enquiries and leads
• Drive sales conversion and secure projects
• Manage project handover to the Operations team upon confirmation
• Ensure programmes meet client expectations through coordination with Operations
• Handle post-project matters (e.g. invoicing, payments to suppliers)
• Manage all administrative matters related to projects
