• Communicate effectively with the client’s representatives, architects, and local government inspectors to ensure smooth project flow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Valid professional certifications, or local equivalents.
• Mandatory safety certifications.
• Willingness to travel across island.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in construction site management.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and high-value subcontracts.

Job Duties

• Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
• Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensure works carried out in compliance with Safe Work Procedures.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage.

Requirements

• GCE N Level or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in supervision of high rise building projects.
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.

• Project Planning & Monitoring, follow-up & prepare report on work site progress work closely with Project Manager on co-ordination & planning for work
• Attend site meeting
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and most importantly, on schedule
• Co-ordinate all aspects of works with client
• Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site
• Working experience in the construction industry - LTA project would be an advantage
