Key Responsibilities

Programme and Event Coordination

• Support the planning and smooth delivery of courses, talks, volunteer activities, youth programmes, and community events.

• Prepare event logistics, including room setup, audio-visual equipment, training materials, attendance lists, and certificates.

Volunteer and Participant Support

• Coordinate volunteers and provide them with clear instructions and support.
• Build positive relationships with volunteers, trainers, participants, and partner organisations.
• Respond to enquiries and assist participants with course registration.
• Maintain accurate participant records and update the department’s database.

Marketing and Outreach

• Assist in promoting Buddhism-related courses and temple activities.
• Work with the Graphic Designer and IT team to produce attractive publicity materials.
• Update publicity channels, including Facebook, posters, email campaigns, and partner networks.
• Explore new digital and community outreach channels to increase awareness and participation.
• Review programmes with trainers and the team to identify ways to improve attendance and engagement.

Administration and Operations

• Track programme income and expenses.
• Gather participant feedback and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with cleaning contractors and the Facilities Department to ensure programme spaces are well maintained.
• Support temple-wide events, special projects, and other duties when required.

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors, resident technical officers under BCA
• Supervise timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions, and statutory requirements and specifications
• Ensure that structural elements or critical works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans
• Supervise all necessary and relevant installations, including of instruments — then analyse & report on instrumentation results
• Prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
• Check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC on any materials not conforming to specifications
• Provide all necessary and relevant endorsements
• Attend site, progress, variation, QAQC and coordination meetings and to keep proper minutes of these meetings
• Communicate & coordinate effectively and efficiently between multiple parties: SO representative(s), main contractor(s), other contractor(s), consultant(s) & relevant agencies
• Inspect and assist with handing/taking over of completed works by other contracts
• Ensure that proper and updated records of all works are kept
• Review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Working with the safety team, ensure that safety on site maintains at a maximum level
• Any other adhoc duties

Criteria

• Diploma in C&S discipline from a Polytechnic or Equivalent
• Have a valid 2025/26 RTO Certification accredited by IES
• 5 years of relevant experience as RTO, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of:

1. Deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data and/or,
2. Viaduct, road/expressway works
3. Road & Pavement Experience

• Shift work, including night shift

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investigation Officer in the aviation industry to support regulatory enforcement and compliance efforts. This role involves conducting investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports to support decision-making and legal processes.

You will work closely with the Team Lead as part of a 3-member team in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into alleged regulatory breaches in accordance with established procedures
• Interview witnesses and involved parties, and obtain accurate statements
• Gather, handle, and preserve evidence in a structured and compliant manner
• Prepare clear and comprehensive investigation reports and case documentation
• Analyse findings and provide recommendations based on evidence collected

Requirements

Prime Broker Middle Office supports the Prime Brokerage Business, and is part of the overall Prime Finance Business unit.

The department consists of a client-aligned operational client service and a risk & control team.

The primary role is the responsibility of managing a number of the Prime Brokerage hedge fund clients. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all operational queries for that client and they will interact closely with clients/administrators and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.

Responsible for providing operational client support for Priority and high focus Prime Brokerage clients.

The primary role will incorporate all aspects of Equity and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage operational client service – covering trade handling, fails management and client account management queries.

This is a client focused role with large volumes and quick turnarounds with an increasing focus on providing innovative value add services to increase both the client experience and potential business revenue.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Main point of contact for client/administrator operational queries

• Trade handling across equity and fixed income PB, including trade capture, trade kick-outs, broker mapping and connectivity issue resolution with clients/administrators
