Key responsibilities

Sales, Lead Generation & Conversion (Primary)

• Own your sales pipeline: generate leads via outbound outreach, referrals, partners, events, and digital channels; qualify opportunities and drive conversion.

• Maintain clean records in CRM/ database; ensure timely updates and accurate reporting.

Partial Programme-in-Charge (PIC): Programme Delivery Support

• Support assigned programmes end-to-end: schedules, venues, logistics, materials and class admin
• Coordinate with lecturers, learners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and service recovery when issues arise.
• Support assessment/exam admin where applicable

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure documentation and operations comply with relevant requirements and internal procedures; maintain audit ready records.
• Gather feedback, support post-course evaluation, and contribute improvement ideas to increase learner satisfaction and conversion/referral rates.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, HR or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in Academy/training/education sales, corporate training, enrolment services, or programme operations with sales exposure.

• To support inquiry-based learning for Science.

• To support the smooth operations of two science laboratories with a focus on enabling hands-on learning for science learning.

• To assist teachers in the preparation of materials and apparatus for science practical lessons and assessments.
