Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Project Executive to lead and manage a large-scale AI voice data collection project focused on Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Indonesian).

This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including team coordination, quality control, and delivery management to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of AI voice data collection projects

· Coordinate and supervise team leads and part-time contributors

· Ensure all collected data meets quality standards and project specifications

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

· Provide training and guidance to team members on recording standards and QC requirements

· Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders

· Track performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· Prior experience in operations, project management, or data collection projects preferred

· Ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role may involve

supporting communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders who are not

proficient in English.

· Familiarity with Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Indonesian)

is an advantage as the project involves voice data collection in these languages.

Job Responsibilities

Community and Volunteer Involvement

• Assess and meet the organisation’s needs through the recruitment, placement, training and retention of volunteers
