• Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with building management systems (BMS) / building information modelling (BIM) and controls and their integration with data centre infrastructure
• Extensive experience with large-scale chilled water plants including chillers, chilled water distribution, chilled water-cooling plants and storage systems, cooling towers
• Troubleshooting and repairing of ACMV and its control equipment
• Diagnose and resolves complex technical issues related to Daikin air conditioning systems
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Engineering from recognised local University.              (preferably BCA Academy (Singapore))
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the same sector.
• Willing to be posted to oversee projects in countries like India etc
• Proficiency in MS office tools, Microsoft project, Presentation, AutoCAD and/or BIM.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Additionally having local experience in same field / sector, with good business
• Contacts in this sector to develop new business opportunities is a plus
• hands-on experience with mechanical and control systems, including fuel systems, building management systems (BMS) and controls, chilled water-cooling plants
• Hands-on experience in ACMV Chiller System installation, operations, maintenance, and repairs large-scale commercial cooling systems. (Primary focus is to ensure central cooling systems, such as water-cooled or air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and Air Handling Units (AHUs), run safely, continuously, and at peak energy efficiency)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of training activities, including course registration, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of training records.
• Manage training grants and programmes, including application submission, documentation and payment processing.
• Liaise with department coordinators and staff on training nominations and requests and assist in monitoring training budgets and attendance.
• Register mandatory courses (e.g. CSOC, bizSAFE) and track completion status.
• Assist with CoreTrade renewal for worker and supervisor levels.
• Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives, including identifying suitable courses based on approved training requests.
• Assist in processing and coordinating Work Pass renewals (via MOM WPOL) for foreign workers, including document preparation and submission support.
• Support receptionist/front desk duties when required, including handling calls, visitors and basic office coordination.

Qualification Requirements

• ITE certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g. Whyze) will be an advantage.
• Good coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
