As Manager or Senior Manager in Programme Development, you will be a core contributor to the operational policy work that keeps KidSTART running well. You will research, analyse, write, and implement — working across internal teams and external partners to develop the policies, frameworks, and monitoring systems the programme depends on.

This is a substantive policy and planning role. The work is analytical and detail-oriented, but the purpose is practical: better policies mean better support for practitioners, and better support for practitioners means better outcomes for children and families.

–   A degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with strong writing and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be part of Singapore Sales (Cargo) team in Cargo Division. He/she will be involved in maximising Sales revenue from freight forwarders to meet performance indicators (e.g. revenue, loads and load factor) for the station set by Sales & Marketing Division.

• Maintain a full set of accounts to manage comprehensive accounting functions accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Accounts Executive for payable and receivables reports to the Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes.
