Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests warmly to ensure smooth and timely check-in and check-out processes
• Deliver clear, accurate information about hotel room categories, rates, and services to support front office operations
• Respond proactively to guest enquiries and follow up promptly on guest requests to enhance their stay experience
• Manage and maintain an accurate cash float for front office transactions
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support hotel operations

Job Summary

The Strategic Communications Manager will be reporting to Vice-President, Stakeholder Relations & Public Affairs, to support the communication efforts to increase brand awareness and achieve stated objectives/goals.

They will work with the various internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners to execute effective campaigns, manage the company's website and social platforms as well as drive content creation. They will also support the external communications efforts whenever required.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Strategic Communications department plays a key role in how external stakeholders such as investors, partners, customers, the media and the general public perceive Mirxes. Working closely with the C-Suite, the Strategic Communications team will develop, enhance and maintain Mirxes’ corporate identity and brand image via the Message House which will be reiterated across all external engagements by the key stakeholders. There are five main areas which the team is focused on to bring the Mirxes story to life and share externally Mirxes’ vision and mission - to improve and save lives through a comprehensive suite of accurate preventive healthcare and precision oncology solutions for everyone by making them affordable and easily accessible and available:

1. Media and public relations
2. Social media relations
3. Digital communications
4. Crisis communications
5. Branding

• Own, manage and execute social media strategy and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve company’s goals through paid and owned media.
• Own and manage the company website (for the corporate pillars), including but not limited to website optimization, enhancing user experience, content creation and update.
• Drive content creation across all platforms for brand growth and engagement
• Identify, plan and execute high-impact campaigns like brand events, speaking opportunities andmore
• Ensure corporate website is aligned with branding, and manage media section on website
• Stay abreast of trends, tools and best practices and provide market insights to refine and better social media and digital communications strategy/campaigns
• Determine social media KPIs
• Support internal and external communications and media when needed

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant disciplines, preferably with 4 to 6 years of work experience in digital marketing communications and social media.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced start-up environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.
• Ability to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with drive to get things done, able to build effective cross-team relationships to move projects forward.
• Strong ownership and prior experience in managing projects to deliver targets and results.
• Proactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proven experience and/or a strong network within the media industry is preferred, though not a strict requirement.
