Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Events Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in events management, with proven experience leading large-scale or national events.
• Prior experience in non-profit, public sector, or fundraising events is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Job Scope:

• Provide accurate financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, projects/programmes and grants accounting.
