• Oversee and arrange approvals for purchase, disposal and tracking of investment in financial assets.

• Lead the AP team to receive, match, verify and record supplier invoices (both PO and Non PO) in the accounting system.

 Fund 

• Lead / conduct month end and year end closing for Fund (a legal entity).

Job Description:

• To lead the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work;
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule;

• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors;
• Active participate in conducting Risk Assessment;
• Ensure briefing / re-briefing of Risk Assessment to workers by supervisor;
• Authorized to stop work at any time for any unsafe work;
• Review and revised Risk Assessment;
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence;
• Other duties as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Construction / Building or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as Project Manager.
