Job Summary:

The EUC Service Desk Engineer serves as the first point of contact for technical support within the organization. This role is responsible for resolving end-user issues, managing service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. • Using SAP Order Management System to process new orders and order changes.
• Assist in projects, process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement as well as process automation (using tools like AI, RPA).
• Understand order pricing logic and apply initial pricing issue analysis.
• Assist in resolving order pricing issue.
• Manage Customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups.
