About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's global technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, infrastructure, security, and innovation agenda. Requirements

Experience

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent executive role.
• Proven experience scaling technology organizations in fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, financial infrastructure, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial services environments.
• Experience building and operating mission-critical, high-volume transaction systems.
• Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed engineering teams.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, and distributed systems.
