Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate goods receipt notes/warehouse receipts and Delivery Orders accordingly
• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains the database
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes/Warehouse Receipts and Delivery Orders, and submit to the billing department/operations department once completed
• Perform inbound cargo checking and outbound cargo checking.
• Ensure all cargoes are appropriately labelled for storage
• Ensure all documents related to good receiving and goods releasing are kept in order in the database
• Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely execution of operations (shipment clearance and delivery).
• To fulfil customer requests and immediately resolve if a complaint arises.
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To conduct an inventory count and assist in verifying stock discrepancies.
• To ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
• To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• Ensure functional activities integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
• To send out daily/weekly/monthly reports as per the customer’s requirements
• To support billing reports when tasked

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general office administration duties, including managing office stationery and pantry supplies.

• Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory
• Assist in preparing invoices and issuing purchase orders (PO)
