IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Manages relationship of a defined number of CSI/ MNC and SC customers and prospects in a particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customers and coordinates the account e.g. with regards to Trade Lane involvement).
• Seeks and prospects for Strategic Customer targets to win new customers.
• Ensures that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy
• Focuses more on customer and sales relationship building through attending external customer meetings and internal meetings as necessary in order to support business development.
• Achieves stipulated sales target by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking.
• Ensures accuracy and proper maintenance of sales activity records through regular reporting and analysis of sales activities.
• Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's).
• Ensures successful retention of customers by maintaining close liaison with them, ascertaining their satisfaction level via DHL Global Forwarding service standards and to anticipate and/or prevent potential problems.
• Coordinates with CRMs on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.
• Updates CRMs and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues.
• Consults CRMs and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practice.
• Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions.  

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in Account Management of Freight Forwarding or related international transportation services customers - managing SLA with SOP monthly performance reviews with customers
• Sector experience in Life Science/ Tech good to have but not limited
• Proven track record in developing and growing business with assigned portfolio of customers through RFQ customised solutions selling
• Good understanding of sector trends in the freight forwarding industry
• Able to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships through value creation
• Well developed communication and presentation skills
• Diploma/ degree with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in a MNC environment

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage Product Quotation Requests (PQR) and RFQ processes across internal teams

• Review Bills of Materials (BOM), identify material requirements, and assign / engage appropriate suppliers for RFQs

• Consolidate supplier quotations and raw material pricing to support accurate and timely customer quotations

• Lead sourcing activities for raw materials to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity

• Perform supplier negotiation, price benchmarking, and cost optimisation initiatives

• Analyse costing, sourcing data, and operational requirements to support quotation and business decisions

• Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering teams on BOM, costing, and RFQ-related matters

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities

• Maintain accurate pricing and sourcing data in systems (e.g. SAP, Agile)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing and quotation efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Support ad hoc sourcing, RFQ, and cross-functional projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

• At least 1–3 years of experience in RFQ, sourcing, procurement, or costing-related roles (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions)

• Experience in manufacturing or EMS environment is preferred

• Familiarity with BOM review, RFQ processes, and costing will be an advantage

• Proficiency in SAP, Agile, or Google Workspace is a plus

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Well-organised with good time management skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

About The Role

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Procurement in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patients’ care.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, analyze and implement sourcing strategy in category sourcing and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes.
• Ensure the entire procurement cycle processes are in compliance with ALPS’ procurement policies.

The Creative Design & Communications Executive supports Trybe’s organisational and programme communications through the design and production of visual, digital, and short‑form video content. The role focuses primarily on creative and design execution, with support for marketing communications and campaign initiatives. Candidates with design background and an interest in communications or communications practitioners with strong visual and content capabilities, are welcome to apply.

Scope of Work

Creative & Design Execution

• Design digital and visual assets for campaigns, events, and programmes, in line with Trybe’s brand guidelines
• Create original social media assets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including static posts, stories, cover visuals, and campaign graphics
• Produce and edit short-form and simple storytelling video content for social and digital platforms, including subtitling and format adaptation
• Adapt creative assets for multi-platform use across public-facing or internal platforms (e.g. web, social media, podcast, internal channels)
• Design simple print and presentation materials such as posters, brochures, handouts, decks, and event materials
• Prepare final artwork files for publication, internal use, or vendor handover

Engagement Terms

Additional Note
This is a deliverable-based freelance engagement. Specific terms, including scope, turnaround timelines, and meeting cadence, will be discussed and agreed with the selected freelancer.

Job Description
The Sales Executive or Sales Assistant will promote the Company’s assets for rental and sales and will be accountable for the entire sales process, or the pre-sales process for the Sales Assistant. He/She will need to visit clients (new and existing) and their project sites or new sites to canvass for business, generate interest in the Company’s services and secure the order. As part of the sales process, he/she should also be able spot or monitor current and upcoming construction trends/requirements. He/She will also need to liaise with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets to the client site. He/She will also need to follow up with their clients to ensure that invoices are paid and monies collected within a reasonable time frame.

He/She will report directly to the Sales Manager (if applicable), or directly to Senior Management and will regularly update them on sales pipeline, discussion progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the Company.
