Who We Need

• Review and approve process engineering deliverables (P&IDs, layouts, isometrics) to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and constructability
• Plan and control installation, testing, and commissioning activities for process systems, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Monitor overall site progress and proactively drive subcontractors to meet project schedule, quality, and safety targets
• Manage interfaces with other disciplines (MEP, cleanroom, equipment) to ensure seamless system integration and avoid clashes
• Act as key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders on process-related matters
• Lead resolution of technical and site issues, making decisions and providing direction to the team
• Review and endorse technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of process systems such as UPW, PCW, CDA, specialty gas, and chemical distribution systems
• Experience in site coordination, installation, and commissioning is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities

As the Key User for MSD Sales in ASEAN, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption, user readiness, process alignment, and high-quality data stewardship within your region. You will be the regional anchor between Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, the Global CRM Team, and the Sales Operations Hub (SOH) in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with strong business process understanding, CRM experience (preferably MSD Sales), excellent communication skills, and a passion for user enablement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Support L1 and Escalation: Act as the ASEAN first point of contact for Dynamics 365 Sales users, resolve L1 questions quickly, and escalate complex incidents with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
2. Training & Enablement: Deliver onboarding and refresher training, localize global materials with ASEAN use cases, and build a “train-the-trainer” network across Business Units.
3. Drive Adoption and Change Management: track usage, pipeline hygiene, and data completeness; partner with business leaders to address low adoption and reinforce best practices.
4. Data Quality and Governance: run routine checks (duplicates, mandatory fields, account hierarchies), coordinate clean-ups, and champion governance standards.
5. Local Process Readiness: Align end-to-end processes with key stakeholders (Sales, Sales Operations Hub, Marketing , Finance): identify local gaps (e.g., lead handover, approvals), document exceptions, and support connected flows (Lead-to-Quote, Order-to-Cash).

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in CRM Systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) or similar enterprise platforms (SAP CRM, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of Sales processes (lead, opportunity, quote).
• Comfortable with data governance and basic data quality checks.
• Demonstrated experience in training, user support, or change management.
