Job Summary

Support and deliver client accounting and tax services by improving service quality, timelines, and efficiency within TMFGroup’s Client Accounting team, ensuring compliance and providing backup support for accounting and tax tasks.

Responsibilities

• Improve service timelines, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in Client Accounting and Tax Services to meet client expectations

You will be responsible for managing online order fulfilment, warehouse & inventory flow, acting as a key operational liaison for our major department store partners and supervising a motivated team. Key Responsibilities

1. Fulfillment & Customer Management

- Order fulfilment: Oversee the picking and packing process to ensure timely, efficient and accurate order fulfilment.

- Customer management: Respond to customer service inquiries across various e-commerce and social media channels, ensuring a helpful and "Style Degree" branded experience.

- Courier management: Liaise with 3PL partners and couriers to ensure daily parcels are picked up on time and delivery issues are resolved quickly.

2. Retail & Department Store Operations

- Primary point of contact: act as the main representative to handle inquiries, stock requests, and operational requirements from our department store partners.

- Manage visual merchandising, stock take and replenishment at our retail points

- Manage the setup and teardown of temporary retail activations and pop-up booths.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Manage put-away and booking in of new inbound inventory

- Manage our WMS to ensure inventory synchronization across all digital and physical sales channels

- Lead stocktakes and cycle counts to stock accuracy

4. Strategic Retail Planning & Growth

- Partner closely with the Business Development Lead to plan the logistics and roadmap for upcoming retail pop-ups.

- Provide insights on customer preference, manpower, equipment, and stock levels during the planning phase of new brand activations.

5. Team Lead & Mentorship

- Lead the daily activities of the operations team to ensure that standards are met.

- Plan deployment and schedules of our Retail Ambassadors and Operations Specialists

- Recruitment Program: participate in interviewing and selecting interns and other positions, providing them with hands-on mentorship and clear direction to support their growth.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in Retail Operations or in Logistics. Experience in a supervisory or lead role is a bonus.

- Organisational and communication skills: To be organised in a fast-paced environment. Possess professional verbal and written skills while communicating with department stores and other partners.

- Proficient in key software and e-commerce platforms such as WMS, POS, Excel, Shopify or Woocommerce, Shopee and Canva. Experience with any WMS and POS software or any e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- Physical fitness: This is a hands-on role involving inventory. You must be physically fit and comfortable with lifting boxes.

- Management skills: Able to lead by example while delegating tasks to a team or interns.

- Commitment: to be on standby for weekend retail events (off-in-Lieu provided).
