• Opening and closing of clinic
• Prepare instruments and treatment rooms
• Ensure equipment are operationally-ready

Administration

• Update and maintain patient files and database
• Undertake inventory and stock-taking
• Undertake administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operations

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability with other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patients
• Must be able to work on Saturdays
• Must be willing to travel to all 4 clinic locations and HQ (when required)

Job Highlights

• 5/5.5/6 day work arrangements available; Work hours: 830am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Workplace Safety and Health Management System across assigned school facilities.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, company safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments of facilities, equipment, and work activities.
• Maintain safety-related documentation, including permits-to-work, risk assessments, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, statistics, and regulatory documentation to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across school facilities.
• Monitor waste management, water conservation, pollution control, and other environmental aspects.
• Ensure compliance with NEA regulations and environmental legislation.
• Coordinate environmental incident response, reporting, and corrective actions.

• Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Plan and coordinate emergency drills and exercises.
• Ensure fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and evacuation routes are properly maintained.
• Work closely with school management on emergency preparedness initiatives

Job Description

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone call, emails, faxes, etc)
• Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline
• Liase with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availabilty, pricing and delivery deadlines
• Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipments, etc
• Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments
• Liase with warehouse department to prepare shipments
• Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing orders, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices and other necessary paper work
• Follow-up on quotations, payments
• Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents
• Understand company's product range in general
• Ad-hoc responsibilities by management

Job Requirements

• At least GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Experience in handling overseas suppliers/customers
• Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous in work and able to do general calculations
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and MS Powerpoint
