• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.

• Good understanding of data quality, data validation, metrics definition, and business rule documentation.

• Experience working with business users to clarify requirements and translate them into reports or dashboards.

• Familiarity with data models, reporting tables, and data pipelines is advantageous.

• Experience in enterprise, public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job details:

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all required fields and documents are completed accurately
• Support In-Service team by updating staff records in myHR (e.g., transfers, re-designation, contract extensions)
• Assist with offboarding updates for resigning staff
• Ensure all documents are properly filed in accordance with SLA requirements
• Provide operational support to Onboarding and In-Service teams during peak periods
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required
• Cover duties for colleagues during their leave to ensure smooth workflow continuity
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
