We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying and recruiting students for the various programs.

●      Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

●      Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered

●      Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels

Requirements

●     Fluent in English.

●     Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to Marketing Manager

* Handle documentation for HSS and Domestic Worker applications

* Coordinate with candidates, clients, and overseas partners

* Prepare employment documents, contracts, and application forms

* Maintain proper filing and records of candidates and clients

* Assist in MOM-related submissions and compliance matters

* Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups

* Support day-to-day office administrative tasks

* Assist in scheduling interviews and coordination

Job Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

* **CEI Certification preferred** (Basic / KAH / EA Personnel)

* Candidates without CEI are welcome to apply (must be willing to take CEI exam)

* Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)

* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

* Able to multitask and work independently
