Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Senior Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 Hana and should able to handle full set of accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation across multiple entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including financial analysis and variance explanations.
- Support the development of Board and management presentations, providing clear financial insights and data-driven commentary.
- Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/SFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors by providing required schedules, supporting documents, and addressing audit queries.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements, while supporting enhancements to reporting processes and internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or audit.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS/SFRS or equivalent accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$4,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
