Job Summary

Manage and execute HR policies, payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting to support organizational effectiveness and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update HR databases for timely processing
• Administer employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure competitive and fair offerings
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management for informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• IHRP Certified Professional Certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage HR documentation and reporting

- As a Client Care Executive, you will need to oversee day to day operations and ensuring good service standards to our Family Wealth Consultants and investors

- You will need to handle administrative duties which include preparation of documents, handling enquiries and basic reporting

- In handling Family Wealth Consultants and Investors' enquiries, you must have the willingness to help, patience in understanding their concerns and the ability to think and resolve issues faced by them

 - This role will also require you to liaise with service providers and investors via email and phone calls

- Being a part of the Client Care Team, you must enjoy working with people and a positive attitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct and assist in sales activities and events to help the team with lead generation and conversions
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to ensure healthy centre growth at all times through providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover.
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to execute and manage teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for your centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• General Administration

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 1 - 2 years' experience specializing in customer service field
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ensure smooth opening, operating, and closing procedures for the assigned centre(s). Assist with regular centre, studio, and inventory audits as well as any other ad-hoc operationally related tasks.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Boost customer happiness and satisfaction, measured by net promoter scores (NPS) scores.
8. Ad-Hoc: Performing and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Management.
