Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries
• Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and report to operation manager if and when necessary
• You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and to report major issues to operation manager for a solution
• Compile an updated file for pricing from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation on a monthly basis

Essential Functions:

• Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant operations, or institutional dining.

Responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent after-sales service and technical support for automation equipment. This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational service management to enhance customer satisfaction, expand market presence, and support long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial automation and semiconductor material sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and distributors
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

2. Service & After-SalesOperations

• Lead and hands-on installation, commissioning, buyoff, and maintenance of automation equipment and Semiconductor process solutions
• Equipment fault isolation and troubleshooting, repair and testing
• Support to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests
• Drive preventive maintenance programs and service contracts
• Establish and maintain service quality standards and KPIs

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle escalations and critical customer issues
• Develop long-term partnerships and service agreements

6. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field)
• 3–10 years of experience in industrial automation sales and/or service
• Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel and relocation as required

• Prepare basic, washing, peeling, chopping and cutting raw items
• Rearrange walk chiller and freezer raw materials based on FIFO
• Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials
• Prepare raw materials for the next meal
• Ensure all raw materials are labelled and dated
• Make cordial drinks if required
• Provide quality service if serving is required
• Collect food samples
• Adhering to the kitchen’s food handling Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure the kitchen's surrounding areas are cleaned properly
• Handles all equipment and utensils the proper way and clean as you go
• Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
• Suggest improvement activities across workstations
• Other work scope as required by business needs
