The Role

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. ·        Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.

·        Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.

·        A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.

·        Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.

·        Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.

·        Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.

·        Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.

·        Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

·       Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, ISTBQ and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects in Banking and Finance domain.
• Strong domain knowledge in Digital Domain. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.
• Experience in various testing tool suites like Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, Query Surge, LoadRunner/Performance Centre.

• Manage existing corporate accounts in Singapore and other countries.

• Continuously obtain and analyze semiconductor market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

• Obtain and define customer requirements and execute all account management activities

• Work closely with factory, operations and logistics department to ensure customer scheduled date is achieved.

• Negotiate with customers on price, lead time and other business deals.

• Resolve technical service issues between factory and customers promptly and efficiently;

• Support teams’ pre-sales and post-sale activities.

• Proactive on Singapore Customs related matters, including bulk permit renewal, and attending strategic goods export control seminars.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years technical or direct sales experience, preferably within the Semiconductor Industry.

• Experience with sales to semiconductor manufacturers.

• A Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline is preferred

• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
