Role Description:
Hunt and secure new business opportunities; convert leads; develop sales strategies; market analysis; achieve KPIs; attend events; CRM accuracy; communication.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Hunt and secure new business opportunities in the Singapore market
2. Convert leads into sales revenue through strong prospecting and follow-ups
3 Develop sales strategies and business proposals to grow market share
4 Prepare market analysis and business plans to support growth initiatives
5 Build and manage strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
6 Attend networking and industry events to generate new leads
7 Track sales activities and performance, and provide clear reports and proposals to management
8 Work closely with internal teams to execute growth plans. Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with the team
