Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the Cluster Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the engineering, security, fire safety, landscaping, sustainability practices, HACCP compliance, and Green Globe certification across multiple hotels. This role ensures the highest standards of maintenance, safety, security, environmental responsibility, and aesthetic appeal are met, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

What you will be DOING:

Engineering Management

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and calibration of flood models across APAC, including fluvial, pluvial, coastal flooding and tropical cyclone related flooding.

3-month full-time attachment to the Consumer Issues Division (CSI). You will be expected to primarily handle consumer calls and complaints on financial institutions (FIs) and unlicensed entities, and follow-through a case from start to end.
