Execute Systems Administration Service Levels

• Monitor systems performance and usage, including response times
• Supervise backups, optimisation, initiation of recovery procedures and routine troubleshooting
• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure systems integrity and security

Advise on System Capabilities

• Advise senior leaders on system concepts and functional capabilities
• Provide technical advice to the team and clients on installation, setup, configuration of systems
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
• Implement plans to make systems available to users in a shared, secure and controlled manner

Develop New Systems

• Lead the development of new systems as per the system requirements
• Design security and integrity controls
• Conduct new systems testing and implementation
• Define the system maintenance procedures
• Analyse the use of new systems to identify enhancement needs
• Lead research initiatives for the development of advanced and automated approaches for system administration

Optimise systems performance

• Seek opportunities to optimise the delivery of systems services with emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, and security
• Conduct regular system audits and upgrades
• Develop automated processes to define, measure, and report on service quality, stability and capacity

Resolve issues

• Oversee the assessment of risks to systems
• Identify complex system issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders
• Investigate cause of systems issues
• Resolve complex issues
• Provide escalation support for issues presented by the user

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Certification in MSCA/MCSE is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in administering and managing Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy Management.
• Strong communications skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare applications preferred.
• Open to commit to 24/7 standby support when required
• 1 year agency contract

Purpose:

• To provide process and technical support to the Manufacturing Operations teams to enable Value Stream to deliver its operational objectives.
• Areas of support includes process optimization, validation activities, continuous improvement, change management, deviation investigation and production project management to ensure that Value Stream can operate optimally and in compliance with cGMP requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• To support Manufacturing Operations in the following areas: Manage deviation investigations and CAPAs of high complexity and related to process or technical events.
• Changes including eCCs, SMRs and SAP master data (e.g. BOM)
• Non-process specific training
• Key participant in the Quality Review Board and be able to explain trends
• Support Manufacturing Operations in tracking process parameters
• Quality and business-continuity risks
• Gap analysis against QMS (CQMPs, GGs) and Quality Alerts
• ·       Prepare documents and training materials as required to support the activities of the operations department

Identify, manage and execute improvement initiatives in the following areas

• Batch records/SOPs
• Process optimization
• Alarms management
• Materials management
• Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives
• Support Manufacturing Operations in executing validation, trials, development and technical transfer activities where necessary

Interface

• Develop relationship within the Value Stream team and with other departments (including MSAT, QA, QC, TS etc.) to ensure delivery of operational objectives

• Plan, manage and execute deliverables through proper and timely request and utilization of resources to ensure delivery of tasks and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead site representation to oversee work quality and ensure project timelines comply with local building codes
• Interpret design goals and system requirements to manage project budgets and material resources efficiently
• Serve as the primary technical contact for subcontractors by reviewing quotations, verifying material specifications against engineering drawings, and ensuring work quality meets internal standards

• Full familiarity with Singapore’s local codes and statutory regulations
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system failures

• Proven ability to produce timely documentation and report submissions
