The Assistant HR Manager (Payroll and HR Operations) is responsible for overseeing payroll processes and ensuring HR operations are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll systems, HR policies, and employee relations, providing support to the HR department in handling payroll processing, HR compliance, and operational tasks.
