Job Responsibilities:

·       Prepare bills for clients and ensure billing policies are applied correctly

·       Setup and monitor e‑billing clients, ensuring invoices are accepted through proper procedures

·       Process receipt of funds on client bills and issue receipts for payments received

·       Enter expenses and third‑party invoices into the accounting system

·       Process staff expense claims promptly and accurately

·       Monitor vendor and third‑party invoices due for payment

·       Allocate payments appropriately to invoices and prepare outgoing payments

·       Assist with WIP (Work in Progress)updates and debt chasing activities

·       Perform filing and ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
