• Manage renewals and updates for company mobile phones; maintain an up-to-date mobile phone register.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, through approved vendors.
• Raise purchase requisitions for office supplies such as stationery, cartridges, paper, and letterheads.
• Process supplier invoices and submit payment applications.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for Department Manager meetings.
• Maintain and update the Kaizen Register for DSG and its overseas offices.
• Provide backup coverage for the receptionist when needed.
• Support the Head of Department with various administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for strengthening the SEO performance of our company websites and executing digital marketing initiatives to support business growth
• Managing content publication schedules, helping to optimize content across various formats, and supporting more advanced SEO tasks, may involve content localization, creating topic lists, developing backlink strategies, building landing pages, managing digital assets, and conducting competitor research
• Search Engine Optimization: Conduct keyword research, including root keywords and long-tail keywords based on service verticals, Organize keywords into strategic clusters for content planning, Monitor and review SEO ranking progress on a periodic basis, Set up analytics frameworks to track digital performance metrics
• Website Development & Management: Research and identify suitable domain and web hosting providers, Assist in building website infrastructure and creating new website pages, Maintain and update website content in line with best SEO practices
• Content Editing & Management: Edit articles and content by adding internal links, meta descriptions, anchor texts, images, and other SEO elements, Proofread and fact-check all content to ensure accuracy and consistency, Ensure uniformity in formatting, tone, fonts, and visuals
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for websites, landing pages, marketing materials, and social media posts
• Data & Analytics: Set up tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console, Analyse SEO performance metrics and provide insights for continuous optimization
