We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and effective issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
• Complete monthly closing and reporting processes within established deadlines
• Identify discrepancies during bookkeeping and resolve issues independently to maintain clean accounts
• Maintain detailed supporting schedules and documentation for audit readiness
• Utilize Xero and Zoho Books to record and process financial and intercompany transactions efficiently
• Support GST reporting and basic compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely information exchange
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Continuously learn and improve accounting processes and skills to enhance performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience handling full sets of accounts independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Leading the Sales & Marketing in Singapore

• Develop and implements sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in English & Chinese, Malay will be an advantage to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking counterparts
