Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - Finance & Operations to join our Finance team. In this role, the manager ensures robust financial accounting, compliance, and reporting processes. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and the accounting systems, responsible for audits, overseeing corporate banking, contract administration and Society’s secretarial matters in alignment with regulatory requirements. Role & Responsibilities

1) Financial Accounting & Reporting:

3) Secretariat Matters for Society

• Manage and oversee Society’s secretarial matters and ensuring compliance with statutory laws and regulations, including:

  • Maintain proper records of Board and and Committee meetings, including minutes and resolutions

  • Preparation and filing of resolutions, annual returns, and statutory filings to the Registry of Societies (ROS) and other matters in compliance to Charities Acts via Charity portal

  • Maintenance of statutory registers and company records
