• Identify and secure corporate clients, event bookings, private dining opportunities, and catering partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, corporate organizations, and event planners.
• Develop marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with restaurant operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality.
• Manage customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the restaurant at networking events, food exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage commercial discussions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, hospitality, restaurant operations, sales, or marketing.
• Strong network-building, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of the Singapore F&B and hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in fine dining, hospitality, luxury dining, or restaurant management.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, events, or partnership programs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing and ensuring smooth dispatch of parcels on time

- Supervise, train and oversee delivery drivers on collection of parcels

- Supervise, train and manage warehouse sorters

- Plan and manage warehouse space

- Ensure and implement SOPs required

Requirements

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any related field

- 2 years relevant experience

- Strong communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- High problem solving skills that will be required when faced with day to day obstacles during planning

- Able to adapt to new applications/technologies required to perform daily task
