• Review shared costs (e.g. rental, utilities, marketing) and perform appropriate cost allocations and intercompany backcharges across entities
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all financial transactions

Payroll & Intercompany Accounting

• Process payroll entries and allocate staff costs across entities based on defined allocation frameworks
• Maintain accurate intercompany balances and ensure all related party transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and aligned across entities

Compliance & Statutory Reporting

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with Singapore tax regulations
• Liaise with IRAS and external tax agents on tax matters, including annual tax computations and filings
• Prepare year-end schedules and support the preparation of tax computations and unaudited financial statements for all entities

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

• Ensure all financial data is properly maintained in QuickBooks Online with strong audit trails and documentation standards
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve finance SOPs to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency

• Identify and attend relevant conferences, exhibitions, seminars and related activities to promote and market Group products and services for the offshore industry.
• Monitor the progress of visits and sales and liaise with customers on after-sales service and maintain good client relationships.
• Continuous maintenance and improvement of Customer Relationship Management database.
• Ensure adherence to contractually agreed specifications and standards including accreditation/class bodies and liaise with such accreditation bodies if required.
• Establishes and ensures adherence to schedules, budgets, work plans and performance requirements.
• Control of clients’ documentation for internal circulation.
• Coordinate and conduct detailed contract and document reviews.
• Regular interaction with senior management and clients on matters in relation to projects or departmental matters.
• Ensure compliance to relevant government regulations and company’s quality, safety, health and environmental (QSHE) policies, practices and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business or Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and industry with proven track record.
• Compulsory to have experience in brokering the sale and lease of Offshore Support Vessels.
• Enjoys a dynamic work environment that includes occasional travel to meet customers, participate in conferences and exhibitions, and attend client events and industry networking sessions beyond regular working hours.
