PURPOSE OF JOB

Purpose of this position is to provide engineering support for Molding, extrusion, and assembly processes to meet yield and continuous supply of molded parts to the process. He shall also lead process validations, equipment troubleshooting and project management in Molding, Extrusion and Process.

JOB FUNCTION

·         To spear head in solving engineering issues arise from molding and extrusions at supplier site as well as in-house. Contributing in the areas where engineering efforts are needed to improve productivity, output and quality.

·         Establish Molding strategy to enhance molding and in-house extrusion capability.

·         Plan & execute total productive maintenance plan for Molds, Dies and equipment. Provide engineering expertise in achieving molding /extrusion process capability.

·         Manage resource, headcount and equipment utilization, equipment spend and control, spare parts usage and inventory management. 

·         Accountable for molding & extrusion budget, capital expenditure and spending control

·         Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all related safety regulations and environmental policies in the Company

·         Work with cross functional teams to achieve equipment effectiveness through total productive maintenance program and process capability through process enhancement and validation.

 JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 Education:

·         Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Relevant Experience:

·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience in mold making, molding process and process troubleshooting, preferably in the medical-related industry experience in supplier and project management; as well as validation skills are preferred

Others:

·         Exposure in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is an added advantage

The Account Solution Engineer is responsible for leading the technical solution throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners to formulate a comprehensive technical account plan/strategy and to lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware Design, document and develop optimized hardware- PCB Layout and Schematic Capture
• Testing, bug fixing, improving hardware performance
• Create schematic and PCB Library and Bill of Materials
• Preparing plans and documentation to support product through certification/approval
• Assisting on product issues both during production and in-service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred

• Proven Experience in High Speed Digital board design with experience in interfacing bus standards like DDR3/4/ LVDS/MIPI/PCIe etc.

Scope &Responsibilities

Project Delivery &Coordination

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects from initiation through go‑live and handover
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate activities across internal engineering teams
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution

Customer Requirement Management

• Engage enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical requirements
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
• Manage requirement changes and align expectations with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical Implementation

• Oversee system configuration, integration, deployment, and commissioning activities
• Support solution design reviews to ensure feasibility, performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment phases

Quality Assurance &Testing

• Define test scope, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering teams
• Coordinate and/or perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer expectations prior to go‑live

Commissioning & Go‑Live Support

• Lead go‑live readiness activities and commissioning checklists
• Provide hands‑on support during production rollout
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support

Post‑Implementation Support

• Provide post‑deployment technical support and issue resolution for assigned customers
• Work with internal teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes
• Support continuous improvement by feeding customer insights back to product and engineering teams

Stakeholder Communication& Reporting

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during project execution
• Provide regular status updates, documentation, and reports to stakeholders
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to both technical and non‑technical

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager/Lead Engineer to deliver Industrial Automation Systems.

The Engineer will be involved in both design and configuration of the network devices & security solutions such as the following:

• L2 and L3 network switches
• Firewalls and Intrusion Detection/Protection System
• Network Monitoring System
• Backup and Recovery System
• WSUS, Endpoint Protection & Whitelisting of Applications
• Domain Controller
• Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Nutanix VM platform design/ setup / installation
• Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) & Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure design and engineering
• Has working experience in Nutanix VM platform design/ setup / installation
• Has experience leading small team of engineers or have coordinated activities with team members of different disciplines (e.g. Vendors, Sales team)
• Has designed, implemented and been involved in troubleshooting of Network & Security solutions
• Has demonstrated or conducted POC for IT / OT solutions to Customer
• Work experience in Industrial Automation with OT Domain Knowledge will be an advantage
• Holding any of the following certifications will be factored positively

- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certifications / Expert
- Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certification

Act as a Loss Prevention Engineer expert or approver, responsible for developing and reviewing execution strategies, implementation plans, interface management, baseline data, risk control, and specialized design solutions for the Safety Analysis discipline. Ensure the quality of design deliverables, identify potential project risks, and formulate appropriate mitigation measures.

Responsibilities
1.         Prepare the technical specification for safety study and loss and prevention, and assist in completing the bid evaluation, clarification and briefing of the safety study；

About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join us on this journey. In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will be working on the software development of our robotic system from the design and development phase all the way to manufacturing. Throughout the process, you will be involved in the features development, functional safety enhancements, and supporting the testing phases by developing test specifications and reports.

Your responsibilities shall include the following:

• Take ownership of the embedded software development from requirements definition through implementation, integration, testing and deployment.
• Define and drive embedded software architecture and interface design across subsystems.
• Write and optimize embedded code including real-time control, device drivers and hardware interfaces.
• Design fault detection, recovery mechanisms and safe-state behaviors for safety-critical operation.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in embedded systems or firmware development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems with deep understanding of memory management and real-time constraints.
• Extensive experience with embedded platforms (MCUs, SoCs, ARM Cortex…).
• Solid experience with RTOS or embedded Linux systems including task scheduling, synchronization, Inter-Process Communication and performance optimization.
• Experience in the following: Linux kernel, BSP development, secure boot, device tree configuration.
• Proven track record in hardware-software integration (debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers…).
• Familiar with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet…).
• Strong debugging and system-level problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industry-standard coding guidelines including MISRA C, MISRA C++ and software development best practices (version control, code reviews, CI/CD, unit/integration testing).
