Accounts cum Admin Executive

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon–Fri)

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000

Location: Woodlands

Benefits: AWS, Bonus, Annual Leave (10–20 days)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing, P&L and balance sheet.
• Prepare monthly management reports (sales, purchases, inventory).
• Manage AR, AP, CN/DN, payments to local and overseas suppliers.
• Perform bank reconciliations (UOB, DBS, Maybank, RHB, OCBC).
• Submit quarterly GST to IRAS and prepare tax-related schedules.
• Maintain customer, supplier, inventory master data and discount lists.
• Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, and debt collection (incl. SCT).
• Liaise independently with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms.
• Oversee all accounting matters for multiple entities.

HR

• Handle full HR functions including recruitment and payroll.
• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, medical claims, and staff insurance.
• Manage employee leave, benefits, and statutory claims.
• Liaise with MOM on work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Admin

• Manage government grant applications and claims.
• Handle company vehicles, road tax, and insurance matters.
• Maintain office facilities, IT systems, and equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NAVISION / Business Central
