You are expected to follow up on survey findings and outstanding matters with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and participate in the formulation and review of work processes to enhance patient care delivery. You will be involved in quality and safety initiatives and projects that arise from clinical governance activities, including monitoring project progress, updating relevant dashboards, and producing associated reports. Additionally, you will be assigned other job-related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferably.

• Competent in writing and proficient in computer skills - Microsoft office applications etc.

• Completed IPSQ AM-EPIC, lean six sigma, CPIP, Improvement Advisor, Change Leader or any quality improvement equivalent courses will be desirable

• Excellent analytic skills with good problem solving attitude will be advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions

• Meticulous with strong organization, coordination and time management skills.

Job Description:

• Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.
• Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
• Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
• Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.

Job Requirements:
