We are looking for a driven and capable Business Development Executive to expand our client base, manage project opportunities, and coordinate closely with factories and internal technical teams.

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Develop new business opportunities for rebar, steel products, and manufacturing/processing projects.
  开发钢筋、钢材及相关加工制造项目的新客户与新业务机会。
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations, quotations, lead time, and commercial support.
  了解客户需求，提供合适的产品建议、报价、交期及商务支持。
• Coordinate closely with factories, production teams, and technical departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  与工厂、生产团队及技术部门紧密配合，确保项目顺利执行并按时交付。
• Liaise with customers on product specifications, drawings, fabrication requirements, and quality expectations.
  就产品规格、图纸、加工要求及质量标准与客户进行沟通和确认。
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, order follow-up, to delivery and payment collection.
  独立跟进从客户开发、报价、谈判、订单执行到交付及回款的完整销售流程。
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular follow-up and quality service.
  定期维护现有客户关系，通过持续跟进和优质服务提升客户满意度。
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements, and provide market feedback to management.
  收集市场动态、竞争对手信息及价格趋势，并向管理层提供市场反馈。
• Participate in client visits, business meetings, and related sales activities when required.
  根据需要参与客户拜访、商务洽谈及相关销售活动。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  大专或本科及以上学历，商业、市场营销、工程、材料、机械、土木或相关专业优先。
• Experience in sales of rebar, steel, construction materials, metal products, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.
  有钢筋、钢材、建材、金属制品、制造业或相关行业销售经验者优先。
• Candidates with factory coordination, production follow-up, or technical support experience are highly preferred.
  具备工厂对接、生产跟进或技术支持经验者优先。
• Familiarity with steel/rebar products, processing flow, technical drawings, and basic specifications will be a plus.
  熟悉钢材/钢筋产品、加工流程、图纸理解及基本技术参数者更佳。
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  具备良好的沟通、谈判及人际协调能力。
• Self-motivated, responsible, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  积极主动，责任心强，目标导向明确，能适应快节奏工作环境。
• Good command of English and Mandarin for communication with customers and internal teams.
  具备良好的中英文沟通能力，可应对客户及内部团队日常交流。
• Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
  可配合业务需要出差。

• Existing customer network in construction, engineering, steel, or contractor-related industries.
  有建筑工程、钢材、承包商或相关行业客户资源。
• Experience in project-based sales and cross-department coordination.
  具备项目型销售及跨部门协调经验。
• Familiar with ERP systems, quotation systems, or order management tools.
  熟悉 ERP、报价系统或订单管理工具。
• Technical background in manufacturing, fabrication, or steel-related processes will be an added advantage.
  具备制造、加工或钢材相关技术背景者更具优势。

Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Implement hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, and events.
• Set recruitment targets and timelines to meet business needs.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Liaise with staffing agencies and coordinate interview processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide retention feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experienced in handling high-volume hiring.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database systems; SAP is an added advantage.
• Experience in non-executive recruitment is a plus.
