Key Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys, either online or through manual collection methods.
• Enter collected data accurately into the system and check for basic errors.
• Conduct field visits to reach respondents who cannot be contacted by phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using tools such as Excel.
• Work closely with team members to help achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent questions and concerns politely, and encourage participation.
• Support the preparation of daily reports on productivity and survey progress.
• Review and help correct survey data with guidance from supervisors.
• Keep clear and simple records of respondent interactions for follow-up.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inform supervisors of any issues.
• Meet assigned performance targets (KPIs) with guidance from the team.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
