Responsibilities

• Perform production job support and track incidents to closure especially on the batch job recovery and failures
• Conducting EVMS (Enterprise Vulnerability Management System) assessment and patching to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participating in on-call rotations to address urgent monitoring issues outside of regular business hours.
• Respond to alerts and incidents generated by monitoring systems, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Evaluate potential solutions relating to business intelligence and data warehouse and make recommendations to resolve business problems
• Liaise closely with vendors and project team members in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
• Support the team in defining, tracking and documentation of the technical deliverables expected
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support on technical aspects

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining data warehouse.
• Strong experience in using Informatica PowerCenter with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot ETL errors.
• Strong SQL skills using Oracle and SQL server databases.
• Thorough understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional design, and ETL optimization.
• Experience in data modelling and design.
• Ability to manage users, vendors and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team

Job Description

I. Investment Team

(1) Acquiring, gathering and providing information on new investment and financing products

(2) Support for due diligence on credit funds, real estate funds and PE funds

(3) Support for surveys related to properties for investment or loan

(4) Expansion of local institutional investor network

(5) General local support for Clients Central Bank's investments and loan

(6) Preparing minutes and reports

(7) Supporting various department’s tasks

II. Sales and Clients Support

(1) Supporting overseas expansion for customers

(2) Planning and organizing sales events and matching businesses for promoting customers’ products and services

(3) Supporting customers to promote their products in the cross-border EC mall

(4) Conducting research on industry trends, market activities and competitors of customers’ products and services

(5) Sourcing and maintaining relationship with local experts/vendors

(6) Extending loan sales to more customers and negotiating loan related matters.

(7) Preparing minutes and reports

(8) Supporting various department’s tasks

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skill and good team player
• Relevant sales working experience preferred
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to communicate in Business level Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and vendors.
• Flexible, proactive, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• Able to independently plan and handle projects.
