• To carry out cost checks and comparative cost studies as per latest market trends
• Settle final accounts from the date of practical completion.
• Seeking tender opportunity
• Attend Site Briefing before tendering the project
• Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
• Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing

• To ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet compliance standards and government regulations
• To create & implement a systematic preventative/proactive maintenance schedule for the facility

• Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements
• Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work
• Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies
• Compile contract documents for execution
• Understand and adhere to the statutory building regulations
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use
• Valuing completed work and arrange payments
• Provide advice on contractual claims

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduate are welcomed
• 1 year of experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / Construction would be of advantages
• Individuals of the highest caliber who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to handle stress
