About The Team

The Citizen Developers Infrastructure team sits within the Infrastructure & Productivity organization and is responsible for the internal platform that powers critical business processes at Airwallex.

We build and operate a citizen‑developer platform that lets non‑product engineering groups safely build and run workflows and automations. Our goal is to make it easy and safe for these “citizen developers” to ship value quickly while embedding security, compliance, and software engineering best practices by default.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Citizen Developers Infrastructure team, you will design, build, and operate the platform services that underpin Airwallex’s citizen‑developer ecosystem and internal workflow automation.

You will partner closely with application teams and citizen developers to define tooling, patterns, and development processes, while continuously improving the platform abstractions and paved paths they build on. Who You Are

Qualifications
