Job Purpose

The Construction Manager (Electrical) will lead the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of our EPC/EPCM projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works—ranging from HT power distribution to ELV systems—are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with Singapore’s regulatory standards (CP5, SS638, etc.).

1. Technical Oversight & Execution

• Supervise the installation of HT (22kV/6.6kV) switchgear, transformers, and cabling.

Job Summary

Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting for a marine service company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to support audit and tax requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
• Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare the quarterly GST tax filing.
• Preparation requires schedules/ reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
• Preferred knowledge in preparing Consolidation Financial Statements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of preparing Consolidation Financial Statements

Other Information

• Salary: $1200 - $1800
• Working Days: 2 or 3 days per week (9am - 5pm), flexible and negotiable during interview

Operate and promote safe working on site, assign dayly work on construction site. Scheduling, co-ordinaating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. Job Summary

The QAQC Manager is responsible for ensuring that all piping installation, welding, testing, and material handling comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. This role involves conducting quality audits, reviewing weld reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with construction teams to resolve non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pipe materials, fit-up, welding, and post-weld heat treatment based on industry standards.
• Prepare QAQC reports and communicate report requirements between client and construction team.
• Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests and ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports for piping defects until resolution and system handover.
• Lead and mentor a team of QAQC assistants.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications such as AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 are mandatory.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a QAQC, preferably in the Semicon/Construction industry.
