· Able to drawing facade shop drawings and design sketches.

· Check structural drawings and architectural drawings for any design concerns or discrepancies.

· Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposal, and write meeting minutes.

· Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns.

· Communicate closely with in-house China design team to understand the design & technical concerns / issues for shop drawing deliveries.

· Raise RFIs for any design / technical concerns / issues

Key Responsibilities
