Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients, book appointments, and manage walk-ins.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare and clean consultation rooms before and after each patient.
• Dispense medication with the correct labels and instructions.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and claims.
• Update patient records and clinic systems.
• Take basic patient measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure, if trained.
• Check and restock clinic supplies.
• Keep the clinic clean and safe.
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
• Support admin work and other assigned duties.
• Provide administrative support and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver cum Personal Assistant to provide transportation support and assist with daily personal and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, timely and professional driving services for employer and family members
• Plan routes and ensure punctual arrival for appointments and daily schedules
• Assist with simple administrative and personal errands when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle
• Support coordination and communication tasks where necessary
• (Optional) Assist with basic English interaction or supervision for children, if suitable

Working Hours:

• 6 days per week
• Working hours will be scheduled based on daily requirements
• Flexibility is required as start and end times may vary
