The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including both hardware and software systems, to ensure smooth clinic operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable troubleshooting end-user devices, maintaining systems, and supporting digital systems and platforms, while also contributing to IT projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
·      Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across clinic operations.
·      Set up, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, peripherals, and user accounts
·      Manage system access, email accounts, and permissions inaccordance with security policies
·      Perform software installations, system upgrades, and routine maintenance
·      Support and maintain clinic systems, basic servers, and network connectivity
·      Maintain accurate IT inventory records (hardware and software licenses)
·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
·      Attend management meetings to gather requirements and provide IT support for operational needs
·      Develop and maintain IT SOPs, documentation, and user guides
·      Support graphic design, website updates and digital marketing platforms, including basic HTML and content updates, and dashboard management for marketing and operations.
·      Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data security and healthcare IT standards
·      Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
1.Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 1 year of IT support experience in a hands-on environment
2. Strong working knowledge of Hardware: PC/laptop setup, troubleshooting, peripherals. Software: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, common business applications
3. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, SQL, or scripting (e.g., Python, Java Script )
4. Familiarity with troubleshooting both end-user devices and system-level issues
5. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skillss
