Summary of Job Position:

This position is one of the three Voucher Examiners in Financial Management Center (FMC) Singapore, performs full range of Voucher Examiner's duties, responsible for processing payment vouchers of annual average value of US$37 million for all agencies at post.  Audits, examines and processes all types of vouchers, both routine and complex, ensuring that US Government laws and regulations are complied with, obligations are sufficient to fund vouchers.  Voucher records management and responds to various data calls.  The incumbent is also the section timekeeper and backup main timekeeper for the Embassy.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including invoice processing, billing coordination, documentation tracking, and follow-ups. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
