Reporting to the GM, the Operations Executive/ AM’s primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure smooth day to day operations of the company, and support the company to hit growth targets and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory

• Update, maintain and keep accurate inventory records in system on a consistent basis.
• Monitor stock depletion and manage weekly stock withdrawals from external (bonded) warehouse and propose purchase requisition from suppliers to ensure optimal stock level at all times.
• Process internal stock transfers.
• Verify the accuracy of stock movements by conducting detail audits of the inventory on a regular basis.
• Report stock loss/ damage; investigate inventory errors and reconcile stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Track goods returns, investigate all the potential causes and suggest corrective measures for improvement.
• Oversee quarterly stock take.
• Work closely with warehouse team to create and implement effective inventory control procedures.

Warehouse& Logistics Operations

• Oversee daily business operations and addressing operational issues.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics team, including fleet and warehouse management, and backup when required.

Derivatives Trading Executive -

Entry-level

• Execute derivatives and forward/future contracts and/or other financial products trading instructions.

• Manages relationship of a defined number of CSI/ MNC and SC customers and prospects in a particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customers and coordinates the account e.g. with regards to Trade Lane involvement).

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage Product Quotation Requests (PQR) and RFQ processes across internal teams
