Job Description:

IMH is looking for intermediate operations research data analysts/scientists who are passionate about healthcare analytics to expand the hospital’s analytic capabilities.

Successful candidates will be imbedded in an experienced analytics team that will be overall responsible for managing projects and their deliverables. This will afford the candidate an opportunity to gain experience related to the role of OR in change management, process improvement, and policy planning. They will work with an existing team of seven data engineers and biostatisticians to improve the utility of information derived from existing databases. They will also work with clinicians and hospital administrators to develop models and simulations geared toward resource optimisation, performance improvement and scenario testing. 

In addition to building simulations and maintaining models, the position will require the candidate to help the hospital expand its existing human capital by sharing their knowledge and operations research experience with the data- engineering team in which they will be imbedded.
